This study intends to evaluate the safety and health conditions in the exercise of telework by Senior Occupational Safety Technicians. For this purpose, different instruments were applied: Checklist for Workstations with Display Equipment (EDV), Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) and Workplace Fatigue and Musculoskeletal Symptomatology Questionnaire. With these instruments it was possible to determine the characteristics of telework contexts and exposure to physical and mental fatigue, Work-Related Musculoskeletal Injuries (WMSD) and some psychosocial risk factors. Data collection was carried out through documentary examination, photographic records, checklists, interviews and questionnaires. It was concluded that the safety and health conditions are not ideal in the entire sample, and the employer did not ensure the adequate ergonomic conditions for working with EDV, with a moderate/high potential for the development of LMERT, to which are added the strong presence of two psychosocial risk factors: increased workload and difficulty in reconciling professional and personal life. An intervention plan is suggested, highlighting the contributions of the Occupational Nurse in this proposal.
