Psychosocial risks related to work, and their adverse health effects, are increasingly felt in the workplace, whether they are more or less exposed to risk factors. This study aims to assess the level of fatigue, stress and burnout, as well as workers coping strategies in situations of stress from a private social solidarity institution, namely in the areas of Home Support, Home seniors Operational Assistants and Technicians and Social Action Service. To perform the risk assessment, the MARAT method was used, with adaptation to the psychosocial risks at work. The results showed that all areas present a high risk due to distress, work fatigue after the workday and emotional exhaustion. This forced the proposal of measures to correct or at least to control the hazards associated with those risks.
