This project intends to evaluate the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorder, stress and fatigue at work, in a group of workers of Human Resources who share the same office and whose activity consists of an administrative service at a post with display screen equipment. The used methodology will be based in the application of the Check List for workplaces with DSE (ACT, 2020), the survey about fatigue at work and musculoskeletal symptomatology (Neto, 2013), which includes the stress at work scale – reduced version (Paschoal & Tamayo, 2004), and the ROSA Method (Sonne, Villalta & Andrews, 2012). The results show that the main problems, which involve a quick intervention, are those related to physical and mental fatigue, the noticed exhaustion after a working day and the musculoskeletal disorders, mainly, those related to the shoulders, wrist/hand, lumbar zone and neck, as well as the inappropriate postures. The stress at work does not show worrying results, but it needs a medium-term intervention.
