Abstract

This study aims to determine the ergonomic, psychosocial and illuminance conditions in the office of a construction company by assessing the degree of incidence and severity of the identified risk factors. Several tools were used to collect data, particularly a questionnaire to identify work-related psychosocial risk factors, the ROSA method for analyzing working postures on display screen equipment’s and a luximeter for determining illuminance, taking into account the parameters of ISO 8995:2002. As a global risk assessment method it was used the Simplified Accident Risk Assessment System - SSARA. The risk map elaborated led to the conclusion that the risk factors related to psychosocial and LMERT - work related musculoskeletal disorders are at a moderate intervention level and the illuminance risk factors at an acceptable level. Given the results, a set of intervention measures were proposed.
