The study was carried out in an automotive metallurgy company, more specifically with forklift trucks drivers as alloying leakers. The objective is to evaluate perceived fatigue through the work fatigue questionnaire that was filled by five employees, the MSDs risk through the Rula method and the risk of burns by task observation. Three tasks, through photographic record and observation, were analyzed during the work routine: driving the forklift trucks, removing impurities and leaking alloy. With this study was identified that there are MSDs risks with immediate intervention, namely in the tasks of impurities removing and alloy leaking. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary adopt some measures, such as investing more in training, putting mirrors in the ovens, putting glass in the front and from the top of the forklift trucks. After analyzing the fatigue questionnaire, it was found that some employees reported feeling fatigue, although the level was not high.
